San Antonio Business Journal's Best Places to Work Award 2024

Today was a big day for us! We were extremely honored to attend the San Antonio Business Journal 2024 award ceremony, where we were presented with a 2024 Best Places To Work Award. As we approach our 35-year anniversary of experience-making, we are proud to be able to take a look at our past and recognize all of the efforts geared towards creating a company culture that fosters creativity, success, and encourages both personal and professional growth in every single one of our employees. Whether they are part-time, full-time, or simply with us for a few hours to help staff an event, The CE Group has remained committed to giving just as much care, attention and experiences to their employees as we give to our clients.

This award always means so much to our company, as it is the employees who ultimately decide if the CE Group will win this award. We are so grateful we work for an organization that empowers employees and allows us to create the culture.

The San Antonio Business Journal conducts annual assessments that allows employees to anonymously provide insight about their work environment, management team, and advancement opportunities, which then allows companies to be awarded and ranked for a Best Place to Work Award based on the company’s benefits and the employees’ survey answers. Although we were able to see a select amount of responses, all answers remained anonymous to ensure the confidentiality of all employees.

We are proud of the ways our team has been celebrated, including the internal promotions of seven inspiring women within our company, modifying our internship program to offer 100% paid internships for our up-and-coming future leaders, and providing real-world connection opportunities that cultivate professional advancements. Our team is pleased to be able to utilize options that are aimed to set employees up for a successful and well-prepped future such as hybrid-working options, 401K matching, and remarkable healthcare plans.
