The success of one is the success of all.
Over our three decades as a company, The CE Group has sought to cultivate a culture where career pathways are individualized and unique to each of our talented employees. Janet Holliday, President & CEO, often reiterates her foundational belief that our hires have the option to pave their own path and find a role within the company that invigorates them. Because of this, CE has developed and grown many of its “CE Groupers” all the way from their start as interns to Directors and Managing Directors of the experience marketing company.
“It is the success of each individual that makes for the success of the company as a whole, so championing and refining the best skills and passions of each employee is always a priority,” said President & CEO, Janet Holliday. “We celebrate individual wins as a group to create a sense of comradery and to remind each other that each person’s success is a win for all.”
In 2024, the company is proud to celebrate the successes of five employees as they are promoted to new levels of leadership.
