Tesoro brings leadership and employees together to celebrate achievements and set goals

Over 100 top leadership executives and over 100 selected employees from across the country came together for nearly a week of events throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas to celebrate achievements and set goals for the next calendar year. 

The CE Group: 

  • Managed and booked lodging for approximately 200 Tesoro leadership and employees from across the country in San Antonio
  • Full event production of an entire day of a Texas experience for award winners, throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas, from stops at historical landmarks, trending distillery tastings, to cultural experiences, including transportation, meals, custom gift bags and entertainment
  • Coordinated full Excellence Awards program, including A/V, rentals, catering, seating, photography, entertainment, décor, collateral and winner award portfolios
  • Point of contact for all attendees, from start to finish of event week – i.e. all printed materials from programs to credentials, with schedules, locations, provided transportation times, site maps, etc.
  • Coordination with hotel for Leadership Meeting over two days, including large general session room, separate meal room, breakout sessions, all collateral, etc.
