SWBC’s leaders came together for the first time from across the nation to achieve a dream of “all being together under one roof.” The leadership team joined their co-founders for three days of events to learn about each other, the services each division provides and to celebrate 40 years of incorporation.

The CE Group created a fun and engaging, yet professional atmosphere with general sessions, breakout presentations and a “birthday party” for approximately 275 people including elements of:

  • Event site map creation designed to provide seamless foot traffic flow in short periods of time throughout the event timeline
  • Coordination of 12 different divisions to present on-stage with varying audio-visual and guest-star appearances
  • 2 Key note speakers
